Take the worry out of shopping for gifts with a Centre gift voucher.
Gift vouchers can be purchased from Centre Management on level 3 and can be redeemed at any store in the Centre.

Lost & Found Property
If you have lost it and we have found it, call us on 4324 4299 or call into Centre Management on Level 3. Any items which are found can be handed into the office. Items which are lost in the centre will be recorded and if found we will contact you immediately. The office is open during regular trading hours.
Wheelchair Hire
The Imperial Shopping Centre provides a free wheel chair service for easier mobility whilst shopping in the centre. To hire a wheelchair simply phone Centre Management on (02) 4324 4299 and we are more than happy to reserve it for you.
Car Parking
The centre caters for customers with two levels of car parking, both undercover and rooftop. Entry to the Centre's car park is via Erina Street. For your convenience the opening hours for the car park on these levels are:
Mon,Tue,Wed,Fri 8am to 6.30pm
Thursday 8am to 9.30pm
Saturday 8am to 4pm
Sunday 9am to 4pm
For customers shopping at Woolworths Supermarket outside these hours, please park in the Woolworths car park on the ground level (via Erina or William Streets) to avoid having your vehicle locked in overnight.
Each car park has access into the centre via escalators, lifts or ramps.
Disabled Parking
The Imperial Shopping Centre offers its customers disabled parking on Level 3 car park and Woolworths car park. A disabled car park can be booked through Centre Management giving you peace of mind knowing the car park is available on arrival at the Centre. Please phone Centre Management on (02) 4324 4299 to book the space.
Toilets
Toilets are available on 3 levels within the Centre. Parent rooms are also available on each of these level.
Disabled Amenities
Imperial Shopping Centre provides disabled bathrooms on Level 1, 2 & 3. They are all easily accessible for customers.
Public Telephones
Public telephones are available on Levels1 and 2 of the centre.
Lifts, Escalators, Ramps
Lifts, escalators and ramps are available on each level of the centre for the convenience of the customers.
ATM Machines
No need to take a trip to the bank for cash. The centre provides ATM machines on Level 1 and Level 2 for the convenience to all customers.
